A2 group confirmed!

Currently it seems I will be working with the same group as I did in AS and the A2 preliminary piece. The group consists of Georgia Tooby, Oliver Law, Jem Akpinar and myself. We achieved good grades and worked well as a team last year. Additionally to this; our preliminary music video and blog task was successful and a very promising start to the A2 course.

After the preliminary tasks were complete (Before we broke up for summer), our class took part in a 'Mini Oscars' awards ceremony to celebrate everyone's initial success to the start of the A2 course. Various awards were given such as: Best album cover/ insert, lip syncing, magazine advertisement, best editing, best overall video and more etc. Our group, that created a music video to One Direction- Kiss You, won the Best lip syncing (Voted by teacher) and best overall video (Voted by fellow students) awards. The photo below displays our awards from the 'Mini Oscars'.

After a group discussion this week, we came to the conclusion that we should continue our work together from AS, developing our skills into A2 and hopefully produce an outstanding media piece!
